Not as great as it used to be, a few years ago I would have given it 5 stars, but now it only gets 3. they used to have brand new US sitcoms but then lost Friends to E4 just over a year ago.
The only primetime comedy they have is Scrubs (which is not a proper sitcom). they have some good shows which are usually scattered across US channels, but they could do with buying a few more.
