We just started with Bluewave a few months ago and it is a HUGE improvement over our last support company. In fact we've been through several different companies over the past few years and I'm so glad we found Bluewave. Our backups had been failing for months and the old company never could get it to work. It took a Bluewave engineer two days to get them working. They are not the least expensive company but well worth the money.
