The single is simple, yet hard edged and energetic, always reminding me of those songs that were played over the radio at the local swimming pool during my youthful summers. Jet charted in the U.S. for 10 weeks in 1974, peaking at #7. The song has been covered several times, including by Semisonic, Jellyfish, Birdbrain, and Blacklight Posterboys.
