11/19/2003 | No More Lonely Nights was the sole saving grace on the soundtrack for McCartney's movie Give My Regards To Broad Street (1984). The single featured the guitar work of Pink Floyd's David Gilmour and provided a nice mid-tempo contrast to the new wave sound that was at its peak at the time. No More Lonely Nights charted in the U.S. for 14 weeks in 1984, peaking at #6, and has been covered by the likes of the Merrymakers and Fausto Papetti.
