The uniforms and jerseys are about 40 years out of date.

Just plain boring, like there offence!

4 stars because when they where those damn all-white uniforms they lose their 5th star. Those uniforms are lame, ugly, boring, and horrible. We watch TV in color, not black and white. Blue Pants with the white jerseys are the best!

They should wear the blue pants with the orange jerseys.

Tha Bears are so ol skool that they shouldn't change their uni's. But the orange alternates are HORRIBLE! Never wear them again. Their best bet would be to wear the blue on blue at every home game. That's the best look they have.  I hate the all white look on them and any other team with a different solid color helmet. It just doesn't look right!

Nice colors, simple, lots of tradition.

Simple and understated.They wore three different color jerseys to home games.Who else did that?The Bengals,Panthers,Texans..I like the orange jersey as a novelty.Also liked the fact that they wore white to an early season home game.I am sure you all know by now....ALL TEAMS PLAYING EARLY SEASON HOME GAMES MUST WEAR WHITE JERSEYS UNDER PENALTY OF DEATH!!!!!!

The blue and the orange--a classic!

I like the old school look and the color scheme. I also like that they have the G.S.H. on their sleave for thier founder George Halas. Nice Touch!

they have a very old school look to them, which i like. I think having that 3rd orange jersey is a good way to mix it up a little bit though.

i usually like their home and road uniforms, but the hideous orange jerseys they wore this past thanksgiving made them look like rotting pumpkins with feet.

Great colors great name great uniform I'm not a big fan of the numbers but at least they stuck with them.

An NFL 'CLASSIC'!!! right there with the Yanks pinstripes no doubt. The switch to the Orange 'C' was a good move. I like the all Black pants and jersey look! Also wear the Orange jerseys ocasionally too(Thanksgiving, Monday Night, etc.)One of THEE best, but NOT number #1.(PACKERS get my Vote)

The only way this uniform could be improved is if the Bears' primary color was black, rather than navy blue. But all in all, this is a serious football look. Black cleats are old-school awesome; you can close your eyes and guys like Butkus, Bill George, George Trafton and Mike Singletary are just destroying people. And that dark, navy blue is cool. Update it with flash? Is this the Arena league? NO WAY! These uniforms are great, don't change them.

I'm not a fan of the numbers, but i give them credit for keeping it old school. I agree 100% with mooseg that there should be a leauge-wide ban on wearing all dark colors at home. Once a season is acceptable i suppose but every game sucks. Hence the Bills and Seahawks.

Home unis are nfl's best (never lose the stripes on the socks). Road unis okay with blue pants, but need to ditch blue-on-blue look (should ban league-wide).

A classic look - especially the stripes on the socks! Sayers, Butkus, Payton, and Singletary all wore this classic uniform. Dark jersey with dark pants has a distinct high school look though.

Just plain out of style

The Bears uniforms are a classic, yet boring. However, I couldn't imagine them wearing anything else. You can't change the uniform worn by Dick Butkus, Walter Payton or Mike Ditka. Like those men, the uniforms are a part of Chicago lore. The C on the blue helmet is classic, never change that, as well as the GHS on the sleeves. The only suggestion i'll make is lose the blue jersey w/blue pants combo. Stick with the 3 combos: white jersey w/white pants, white jersey w/blue pants and blue jersey w/white pants (all with black cleets).

Classic lines and great colors. Only problem is the occassional wearing of the white on white on the road. Come on those blue road pants rock why opt for the dead white on white combo?

Kind of boring to be considered number 1. Especially the helmet logo.

Pro football is a flashy game which means I generally prefer the flashier uniforms. As a result the uniforms worn by the Chicago Bears fall in the middle of my preference list. The dark tops with traditionally white pants seem to fit the city of Chicago. The simple C on a dark helmet is distinctive for the Bears as well.

I disagree with the glassman - why is it such a great look to match your helmet with the pants? I do not agree with that and am hoping for a team to come out with an old gold helmet with white pants. I believe in old-school uniforms, and the Bears are that - so they should stop messing with the blue pants.

Boring traditional uniforms , the best uni's are when the helmet matches the pants , advantage to uni's that use a neutral helmet color like silver or gold and the pants and helmet do not change

Stick with the white pants. The dark top on dark bottom is ugly.
