Would be really cool if they had the logo on BOTH sides of the helmet! They make tons of money, put the logo on both sides!

Whats with the logo on one side? The logo on the front of the jerseys? The numbers style suck too!

Black & Yellow have such great potential. These are very ordinary & the helmets just plain suck!

These uniforms are so unbalanced it isn't funny.One don't even get me going on the logo only being on one side of the helmet.UGHH!Another thing that drives me crazy are those huge numbers on the front and back of the jersey,and they are in white.WHITE?The numbers and the names should be in yellow,or gold,whatever they call it,and a white outline.Another thing that needs to be fixed are the away jerseys.I mean they should just be in black with a yellow outline.And if they wanted,they could get black pantsfor the road with yellow stripes on them.These uniforms have potential,and it is a shame,because they could look really sharp.I would even like to see a yellow face mask on the helmet just to break it up a little bit.Also take that stupid logo off of the front left chest and put it on both of the shoulders instead.

Good Uni's, but not even close to being the best in the NFL. I believe they need to switch it up with the pants and go with all black with the yellow stripe running down the side. Just from time to time for an "alternate" look.

Black and Gold is bold and menacing to the opposition. What else you gonna name a team in the Steel City? Pittsburgh Steelers, one of the original teams, and the original NFL Dynasty!

Amazingly simple, but so rugged and they just scream out "FOOTBALL." Enough with the purple Ravens, teal Jaguars, and the arean football Bengals - As a avid Bills fan, I have to admit... the Steelers jerseys are perfect.

I agree that the block numbers were better, but the change could have been much worse. Look at the Broncos and Patriots in 10 years. It will be like how we view the rainbow Astros unis of the 70's now. How could you not like the logo on one side. It is the most original idea in all of sports. No other NFL or college team has it.

Yeah, the uniforms are cool enuff lookin' with the classic black & gold scheme, but the logo on only one side of the helmet is weak. the side without it simply looks to boring, like a high school team on a low budget.

No contest....the classic black and gold and the logo on one side of the helmet make this the best uniform in the NFL. It is the "Michigan" of the NFL.

The Steelers have great uniforms, both home and away. I think they should create a yellow alternate jersey just for the heck of it and wear it every once in a while.

These are good but to old time

Although the Steelers haven't changed their uniforms since 1976(they changed their facemask from gray to black), these uniforms rock. I also like the logo on one side since it makes the uniforms original.

Very good classic uniform.

I love the fact that the helmet decal is on only one side, and the overall scheme is very good, but the numerals are ridiculous. There was no need to change the traditional block numerals into these, which I assume were meant to match the ones on the helmets, if they weren't changing anything else. The sleeve stripes have become absurd as well, but that's true throughout the league.

The fonts for the name and number are among the worst in the league - bring back something similar to the block football font!

Changing from the block numbers had to be for marketing purposes only. The new numbers just don't look right. The old numbers were perfect for that jersey style.

Great name great uniform great owner. I think that the Pittsburgh Steelers have the best colors emblem and uniform in all of football. The emblem on one side of the helmet is one of the most classic things I have ever seen. And the dork who says football is a flashy sport needs to start watching soccer or something, because football is a hard core contact sport, they don't need flashy uniforms because half the time they end up covered in mud anyway.

One of the Best Without a Doubt...I agree with the others about going back to the BLOCK Numbers for sure. Also I think it would be even more 'Classic' if the went way back and added the GOLD color on the shoulder...the Steelers invented that look and should keep it as their own pinstripe!

Only negative comments: Make the numerals block-shaped, and go back to black cleats. Aside from that, like the Steelers themselves, these uniforms set the standard for toughness.

I agree with the change for the worse on the numbers. That disqualifies them from the classic category. Hey, Art Rooney, cough up some dough for a logo on the bare balck side of the helmet.

MY TEAM, so I am waaay biased. whoever said these unis are boring is someone who doesn't know crap about tradition! Just like the fact the Rooney's stand behind their coach for more than 30 seconds before firing him. these unis are the bench mark (like the raiders, bears,packers) and the tradition that the rest of the NFL needs to follow. Showing like the other teams mentioned above you don't need to change just for the sake of changing. good times and bad a true fan will stand by their team no matter what. I would like to see the block numbers come back though. Again Steelers and Raider are the only teams that look good in BLACK!
