Recently we had some terrible misfortune. A tree fell on our house and another tree fell across the front lawn tearing down our fence. We called several tree services in the Atlanta area and
A-Doraville Tree Service came out and gave us an estimate that very day. We thought the price was more than fair so we told them to go ahead and do the job. We had the two fallen trees and there were two leaning trees. We were a little worried about how close these trees were to the house and we told the guys with A-Doraville Tree Service about our worry. They told us not to worry that they had experience and would do it very carefully. We were amazed at how they could climb the trees and throw ropes to tie to the other trees. We never really realized what a dangerous job these tree care specialists have. They took down the first leaning tree by what they called cradling it and the next tree was refered to as hanging the tree. There was absolutely no damage done to our house other than where the big tree had fallen on it. We were so thankful to these guys for the great job they did and the precision they used to take down these trees. After about 10 hours of hard work, all the trees were cut and removed. They left some wood cut and stacked for firewood telling us it would be seasoned perfectly this coming winter. We also got some of the mulch for the flowerbeds. They put a tarp over the damage to our house until the contractors could get there in the morning. Also, they repaired the fence in front of our house. We were shocked that they were so professional and they did such a quality job. We won't call anyone else in the future. I forgot to mention that one of their arborists looked at the rest of our trees and told us we should be alright now. That our trees looked healthy. Great Review for Atlanta area Tree Service We called two other tree services before we called Doraville and Norcross Tree Removal Service. One of the two prior calls never called us back and the other one was about $600.00 higher. When we called Doraville and Norcross Tree Removal, there was a man there that very afternoon to give us an estimate. We waited until the next day to call them back after the high estimate and the no show. When we called them to let them know that they had the job, a fellow named Michael said they would be there in the morning to start my job. Later that afternoon I received an email that included a copy of liability insurance, an invoice for the amount of the job and the paperwork for a permit to do the work in the city of Atlanta. Now that is nice, I had nothing really to do but wait for them to do the job. They completed my job the next afternoon. Everything was neat and orderly when they left. They had even put some mulch in my flowerbeds. Respectful and Professional! "
