I brought my dog in for a routine check-up and vaccines. She had thrown up a few times within the ast few weeks but was okay overall. I mentioned this to the staf and they tried to make me pay an arm and a leg to "treat" her. Wanted to put her on an IV and do stuff that was overkill and completely unecessary. When I voiced my concerns about the price I was treated very rudely and made to feel like I was a terrible pet owner if I did not follow all of their unecesary treatment recommendations. It was a terrible experience and I cancelled my service after dealing with them. Definitely NOT recommended.

rude staff, assume they know what's wrong before listening to me explain. didn't treat me like a knowledgeable pet-owner or an individual. i left feeling unheard and insulted.
