02/21/2007 | Love it! When in Viet Nam, a group of us would go into Can Tho once a month, rent this restaurant and pig out. Banquet Time!! Plate after plate of wonderful food. of coures after C's and mess hall chow, anything would have been good. That is when I fell in love with Vietnames foods.

02/15/2005 | At its best, done well, great stuff. At its worst it tastes like Saigon Fried Rat, with a side helping of spicy grease. On a sidebar, nice to see a well thought out review like Sammybear provides. Be sure to order one of the things he likes so much when you give this cuisine a try.

05/05/2003 | Thit kho translated braised pork is one of the best dishes I`ve ate yet! Together,the meat mixed in with oriental jasmin rice RULES! It`s a Vietnamese dish consisting of slices of pork containing the following ingredients Fish sauce,garlic,sugar,black pepper and some green onions (fried in a pan.)
