The buldings are old as dirt. Don't let the new siding fool you Brandywine is a very old property. It may LOOK ok on the outside but they are not. Management sucks they are extremely unprofessional, they will not fix anything only half a** do what needs to be done and expect you to live in poor conditions that they would not. The heating and air system are as old as the building they work sometimes and sometimes the don't. Brandywine has NO playground with a complex FULL of kids. They promised that one was being constructed that was a lie. The neighborhood is rough someone is always getting shot, shot at, or killed.
