this place is awful. i just moved out thank GOD. i'm now stuck paying over $1,000 to this terrible property b/c they "lost" our 60 day notice and threatened my credit if i didn't pay the late notice charges. the new management is NOT cooperative, NOT friendly and NOT willing. i had the most terrible upstairs neighbors for all of my lease and they NEVER did a thing when i complained, which was almost every night i was there. i even called the courtesy officer (courtesy, my ass) when i DIDN'T have noise just to see if he'd come out. he didn't. he never did. only once, and he was dressed in street clothes and started asking relationship questions. wtf??? go tell my neighbors to shut up! i had to turn on my bathroom fan at night to drown out the neighbors. you can hear everything your neighbors say or do. dogs shit everywhere and it's never cleaned up. parking is awful, and the person you park beside will almost always dent your car. the only upgrade with new management was paint. yay!! we got a piss colored apartment building now!!! the pool is never cleaned out, the hottub is always broken, and the gym is a joke, unless you like someone else who's working out breathing down your neck when you work out cause it's so small...i hope the new gables property next door shuts THIS PLACE DOWN.
