I purchased a home built by GD Evans and can't say that I would recommend them to anyone. I have tried countless times to have them come back to my home for warranty issues and they refuse to honor their warranty. I am now forced to hire an attorney and possible court action to force them to up hold their obligation. I WOULD NOT PURCHASE A HOME FROM GD EVANS.
