Another sterile corporate chain with no character or authenticity. Biggest complaint: they sell a loaf of bread at 9:00 pm that was baked in the morning, and call it fresh. In my mind, that's day-old-bread they are selling. It's the sort of misrepresentation and lack of pride in the craft that one expects from a corporate chain.
