I've driven through this city once... I don't see why this city is even on this list. It seems to be the prototypical raise a family type of city, but if you want a really cool city in Arkansas I recommend Fayetteville. The beauty of the Ozarks, outstanding college football and love them or hate them, the Wal-Mart headquarters is close by.

I LOVE this city...i go to this city like 2 times a week and its great!! Little Rock is such and underrated city..It has seen so much development..New Condo's are going up and others being proposed..The Downtown River Market is the hot place of development right now..and of course the Clinton Library has just opened and it is bringing in new tourists and econimic opportunities...It gives you such a big city feel to...i think you'll be hearing more if Little Rock in the next few years..
