Usually adequate food was grossly inadequate. They only had two of the 11 steak items available. Baked potato took 45 minutes to prepare, they had no bread or crackers. House dressing usually had gorganzola cheese, but they were out. They were even out of lemon for iced tea. Steak was not prepared adequately and was generally unapetizing. During lunch hour (12:30), there were only two tables of customers.
