 | Drummond (54) 12/27/2005 | You mean Geronimo Pratt? He has been acquitted you know.
In any case, yes, let's vote against attorneys who represented unsavory defendants. Only the innocent should be represented. Hell, let's just hang anybody who's accused of a crime by the police.

 | EschewObfuscation (61) 01/13/2005 | I'm with Scarlet and mag on this one (well most of mag's). Stupid stuff you espouse intellectually when you're a young dolt with no perspective of history or logic should not haunt a person his/her whole political career. Idiotic political zealotry is expected from those in their teens and early twenties, complete with shallow thought processes and shrill comments. These murderers were championed by the left in the zany 60's, including the mainstream press, I don't blame Hill for being brainwashed by it then. We all were, our hatred of Nixon so blinding.

 | magellan (153) 01/12/2005 | I wouldn't hold this against her, just like I don't hold it against GWB for doing coke and driving drunk when he was young and crazy, just like I didn't hold it against John Kerry for serving in the military (or subsequent stance against the Vietnam war) - whoa, which one of these doesn't fit?

 | scarletfeather (47) 01/12/2005 | We all say silly things when we are young. UPDATE: It's ridiculous to take serously statements one makes in their late teens or early 20s. Some folks hate Democrats so much they are grasping at straws.

 | CastleBee (81) 01/12/2005 | OH THAT'S okay I'm sure she didn't REALLY mean any of that subversive and radical stuff - probably had her fingers crossed. Erase, do-over! But remember boys and girls, don't get looped at frat parties or it will follow you to your grave.
