12/27/2005 | I also oppose this. Disenfranchises the poor who don't drive. Unless there is evidence of systematic voter fraud (so far all of the accusations have turned up duds, and those who have been caught using other peoples' names are punished severely), let's be inclusive rather than exclusive when it comes to elections.

Photo ID's in the form of driver's licenses and passports have been around for many a year and, as far as I know, haven't caused anyone to be unfairly incarcerated or shot on sight. Unless you're guilty of something, why on earth would you care?
