Anyways..I am back. I have decided I am going to spend more time on RateItAll and get back to work on my reviews and my weblists. I have missed this website so much and all of the other reviewers..especially my friends on here. I apologize to anyone who is upset that I have taken so long to get back to the website. I am so thankful that any of you thought or missed me at all. Thank you to everyone who has welcomed me back. I am trying to figure out all the new formats and stuff....alot has changed on here over the last year. But anyway...thanks again to those of you who trust me and like my reviews. I just need some time to get caught up on everything in the website. It is good to be back ! I feel like I am home again. And as for those few reviews on me that were negative...WHATEVER...you don't know me....at least I will try to read your reviews and stuff before I even attempt to make a judgement and even then I really have nothing that angry to say to you couple who hate me for being gay. I am who I am and if you don't like me..there is nothing I can do about it. I can accept the things that I cannot change most of the time. Anyways...I miss all of you..glad to be back....KOLBY1973

Although kolby has not been on RIA of late he is an intelligent reviewer who puts time and effort into his comments. From what I observed he is a kind individual who could make his point without trashing you in the process. I hope he returns to RIA soon.

I enjoy reading Kolby1973s posts. I admire his honesty.he is always kind and polite when he writes. A nice addition to Rateitall.UPDATE> I wish he would decide to come back to RIA. I liked reading his comments. and was a nice person.

I'm failing to see how someone's sexuality deems their worthiness as a reviewer. I look at Kolby for WHO he is not what he is. Hes an extremely polite guy whose never had a bad word to say about anyone. Kolby's an excellent reviewer. Hes never been embarressed about his sexuality so he'll most probably turn a blind eye to those who are quick to point this out as you see hes not the one with the problem. Opinion585 with all due respect if I recall correctly you sent me a personal message about my review concerning New Yorkers, well looking at your review about someone you don't even know need I say anymore.

Since my first review here ended with the words Merry Christmas it seemed like a good idea to update my review. Anyway Kolby has been perhaps my staunchest supporter (and always the least impressed when my comment output drops, hehe) since arriving at RIA, which I appreciate. Kolby always has something nice to say and even when he doesn't he's still pleasant about it. It's always a relief to see his clever and evidently upbeat posts when I'm feeling down. A good reviewer and a genuine nice guy.

This fella makes me want to think openly and I am a real live opinionated soul! Although I realized quickly that we have major differences in the way we live our lives, he is a classy individual. By now anybody who has read my ratings will see that I dont sit well with homosexuality. If I had been exposed to more like him, I might be thinking differently. On the other hand, I did read one or two comments about him that suggest he is too nice. I tend to agree. I say he may need to get off the I need to be liked or being all to all people fence and start speaking more about the way he really feels on sensitive issues. Id be interested to know.

A friendly and upbeat reviewer, kolby1973 seemed to think I was crazy at first, but has become quite supportive of me recently. 1973 is also quite well informed in certain topics. But, come on, Pokemon isn't *that* bad. :)

While we view politics from a different perspective I have always found Kolby to be courteous and his points of view have thought and reasoning behind them. I have been surprised by some of his more traditional outlooks and I wouldn't be surprised if he gets some static from his friends because of those views. That shows me he is a man of individual thought who does not jump on the bandwagon simply because a certain viewpoint is popular.

Kolby seems to be fair in his judgement on things, but as alot of you know I cannot agree with his stance on homosexuality. You are pretty good guy though Kolby.

I wish i had time to read all his comments because i enjoy listening to him, and i agree with everything he says. We need more people like him, who will listen, and understand, and are openminded

He seems to be a pretty broad-minded and personable guy, someone who would make a good friend in real life. UPDATE: I enjoy reading this guy's comments more and more. He's got a lot of common sense, and I enjoy reading his comments on men, because, well, I 'm interested in men, too.

I like this guy. He deleted one of my comments but took the time to let me know what's up. Also he can have a debate and still be polite; seems to be a rare quality. Shares his opinion but doesn't preach.

Good reviewer, good writer. Always a pleasure to read. A little too relentlessly pleasant for my taste, but it seems to suit him.

One thing I like about kolby1973 is he's nice and diplomatic to everyone.

Seems to be one of the nice guys here on RIA, very polite (in what I've read, at least--I haven't gone through all of his 1000+ reviews yet, but I've liked everything he's written that I've read so far, even if I disagree with his viewpoints on occasion). He's very friendly, and he writes as if he's talking, which is nice. Good to see him on this list; he's a genuine sweetheart.

Although he has much different ideas than me, and loves Bill, Kolby has always been a nice reviewer here on RIA. I do agree with some of his posts often, especially when frauds were all over Eastenders, BBC America, and now Tarzan. 2 thumbs way up.

Of all the people that I have had the pleasure of communicating with on RIA, and there are quite a few, kolby1973 is one of my favorite. We don't communicate very often, but when we do, the conversations are always graceful. Kolby1973's enthusiasm and desire to make the world a better place is what I like best about him. I don't agree with him on many issues, but kolby1973 writes from the heart, and that is an admirable trait to have. To speak from the heart- to hold fast to your beliefs. Few people have that fire burning inside them, but Kolby1973 does, and the flame from that fire will light all who surround him. Overall, Kolby is a prolific contributer to everything that RIA is about, and he makes this site, and more importantly, this world a better place.

I'm still surprised that he said that he enjoys my comments. Considering that I leave mostly insults and other negative comments. It just goes to show you what a great guy he is for praising me when he could have just as easily attacked me.

I, like some of you, probably don't agree with kolby on anything (except abortion and a few others). He is a nice guy and makes a strong effort to get his point across without offending anyone. Very good.

He writes things ever so often that are so diametrically opposed to what I believe, that I almost have to turn my head away. But whenever we've sent messages to each other, he's been a real gentleman. I'm finding this to be true with a lot of Raters around here.

A very nice guy. At first, We had a disagreement over Mormonism, but then I got to know Kolby and what a great guy he is.

I'm really torn here. On the one hand, Kolby1973 is an extremely courteous and respectful reviewer and what not. But on the other hand, he's said some pretty ridiculous shit about certain things, namely Kansas City and Frank Zappa (hey, I don't have a hard-on for KC either, but it's not nearly the hell hole you make it out to be, and the Frank Zappa comment was, uh...what does his son have to do with ANYTHING?), and I do not agree with ANY of his politics. So what am I to do? Well, the guy appears to be for real which, at a time when RIA is overwhelmed with the likes of Dentana and the Guides, carries some weight.

Kolby1973 is a nice guy who brings a diverse perspective. I disagree with him on just about everything (with the exception of the greatness of New Order), but that's OK.

Kolby seems to be a likable, enthusiastic guy who puts a lot of his personality and heart into what he writes. Always makes for a fun read for me, especially his reviews of pop culture. Cool that we share the same birth year, too.

A courteous reviewer who brings a fresh perspective to this site.
