The General Manager at the Whitehall location is arrogant, and every time I've approached him about a concern, he's been rude and obnxious. Be careful of the rotund salesman who sits in the first office: Question him strongly about what you're signing up for: he doesn't like people signing up month to month-- (I guess his commission is a lot lower), so make sure you understand that anything else constitutes a long-term contract. Right now I'm looking into whether or not he pulled a bait and switch when I signed up. Facilities are dirty and crowded, and good luck trying to get help on the floor or at the front desk. Trainers seem more interested in hooking up with someone than helping people get in shape. I regret strongly signing up for this gym: You can find better facilities and customer service elsewhere.
