I like going to clubs strictly to dance and hang out with friends and of course drink. You will always find cute guys who are wanting to "hook up" but like others have pointed out its the type of guys you meet that is the problem. If your wanting a one night stand I guess this would be ok. I have never found one guy worth dating in the long term at a club though.

Its a great way to meet singles... I use to do a lot of clubbing years ago and it was fairly easy to meet girls. The problem is the type of girls or guys you'll meet at clubs may not necessarily the same person you'd want to date long term. And this goes for both men and women.

Unless you are a really good dancer, and I like most men am not, or can speak louder than the blaring music I would avoid these evironments...too many girls go out to clubs in packs of like 50 anyways...very difficult to finagle your way into the group...

Clubs rock. . .but you have to get past her ugly friends who will stop you from hooking up. Loses one star for the sheer noise, smoke, and social hurdles. But it is exciting. . .
