This Orbit Gum ad campaign has a bad European commercial tone and production, but somehow it works relatively well in the States. Though the humor is more straightforward and music isn't leaned upon, these spots remind me of the old Mentos television commercials. Of course it doesn't hurt to have someone easy on the eyes like Vanessa Branch as the point person.

Can anybody tell me if there is a sound wav of Vanessa saying, "Fabulous!". I have looked everywhere....

British people usually have teerible teeth. The fact that Vanessa is both beautiful and has terrific teeth leads me to believe that she is, in fact, an American with a convincing false accent.

I'm an anime buff too and I SWEAR that I've heard her voice on either Bebop or the Lovely Angels! She reminds me of Olivia Newton John and Dusty Springfield and Petulia Clarke of old! I don't like the commercial, but I love the gum! I fact I am chewing it right now! (but I am not here to rate the product) The ad seems like the Old Navy commercials. It is corney and I don't like it. (Yes the woman is too perky!!!)
