Iraq 5

Some of the best guys (and gals) in the world are American troops who are still in Iraq. The official war may have ended long ago, yet it seems that restoring order may take the greater emotional toll on overseas Americans. Too many of their peers keep going home in pine boxes with no end in sight. I haven't stopped praying for their safety, wishing it was somehow possible for many of them to be home soon to enjoy a holiday dinner with their loved ones. Regardless of how anyone feels about the choices made by their governmental leaders, these troops have earned the right to be respected for all they have sacrificed.
