... fork it over. These crooks went from reasonable to usurious on their interest rates on cardholders that never missed a payment. Because THEY mismanaged THEIR business.

I love the viking campaign! It is not the norm! People criticizing because my friend... Need to get a life. If all commercials were screened for sensitivity then no company could do anything because everybody is effected by something! So.. Vikings Rule!! PILLAGE!!!!

i just got home from a long day at the office, and no sooner did i turn on the tv that i saw a new advertisement for your company and it had some idot holding a stuffed opossum, the idot didn't bother me but we have a very sweet roomate and her name is Chucha La rosa, she is a young female adult opossum, she resides in our home along with four cats and a american pit bull terrier, she is really a charmer and she keep our family constantly entertained with her antics, your ad's are usually great and very entertaining, but this most recent advertisment with the stuffed opossum is quite tacky, A concerned member of capital one, wayne stowers, R.N. Maybe too corny, but the best of the usually snobbish yuppyfest credit card commercials.

I see that several of the prior reviewers have again confused their distaste for the product (in this case a credit card) with the merits and effectiveness of the ad campaign. I have no doubt that ad agencies struggle with ways to make intangible services (e.g. insurance and credit) more tangible to consumers, and I would say that the "what's in your wallet" campaign has been done extremely well on that score. These spots combine memorable visuals and humor to differentiate Capital One from the literal horde of competitors. Though not as sophisticated as the "money can't buy" spots for MasterCard, these Capital One ads are at least worthy of four stars.

What's in my wallet? My high school friend was murdered from train hoping. I can't believe they use this theme for their commercial. That's like saying the family in the commercial should be murdered. Didn't they do their homework and realized the danger of train hoping?

Some of these are good and others aren't so good. I like the pilliagers. Pretty funny.

Don't forget the Axeman turned high-voltage electrical lineman, and the new tree topper. :)

I like the vikings that need new jobs. The pizza delivery guy that shot the lawn ornament with a crossbow was the best.

At least SOME originality...which is a lot more than can be said for most TV ads.

Pretty slick campaign. But it exposes the abject evil of the credit card industry.

I want to change the channel when a Capital One commercial comes on. I can't say their commercials suck;that's why I rate them a 3. However, without going into boring details, I will say that my experience with Capital One was a nightmare. They are a dollar-hungry company, and if they could get away with charging you for going to the bathroom, believe me, they would. I was pretty ignorant about credit cards when I got my Capital One card, and I learned a bitter lesson. Credit cards may work great for some people, but I am better off paying cash.

Awesome stuff. Very high production values with a good sense of humor.

Well, from what I'm hearing, after Capital One is through with you, absolutely nothing.

Silly, corney, stupid, gay, and i hate it. (I wish there was a 0 button on this rating thingy)No appeal at all. I like to turn OFF the TV when this commercial comes on.

It's none of YOUR business

Capital One is one of the worst credit card companies in the market. Customer service is terrible and they are a little more than blatant in getting people hooked on credit. It's never good to be put into debt, but hey, these people benefit. Strange thing is that their silly commercials no doubt get the point across. They're very lame though.

These commercials are boring and stupid, but they do get the name across well.
