A timeless ad ~ every up and coming OR popular star has this spot. I like the fact that the younger kids have ONE good thing that their idols do.

I assume that the intent here is to rate the ad campaign, not what we think of the product. As an ad campaign it was fairly clever, and did a lot of variations off the same theme. Far better than average, creatively.

Disgusting! Cow milk is for baby cows. Humans are the only animals in the world that consume milk after the weaning period of life. And there are now numerous studies that suggest the rBGH and other hormones found in milk are major factors in illnesses including prostate cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer, lung cancer, osteoporosis, ADHD, etc. Did you know that in the US the average number of pus cells in one liter of milk is upwards of 300 million?
notmilk.com ... has a lot of scientific information on the effects of dairy consumption
milksucks.com ... lot of information concerning treatment of animals, health effects, etc.

There is nothing funny a bout treating steroid abuse as if it were nothing to worry about.

boring ad. i guess its the mother in me that just wants to take a napkin and wip their faces.

Never cared for them. I always believed that the substance is not milk, as Ms. LadyShark contends, especially when I see Da moustache on Heidi Klum or some other model [Didn't Clay Aiken have an ad where his entire face was covered in milk???] The whole concept Jumped the Shark when I started seeing burly, bald-headed dudes running around with black got Jesus? T-shirts looking for someone to pummel.

Seriously hilarious commercials. Is this heaven, where am I? Pilsbary Doughboy. Alan Burke! All are great but with my personality Doughboy is the best!

Are you sure the white substance on their lip is really milk? Sorry. I just couldn't help being the perverted little girl I am.

Who would have thought that just adding the word Got + your product would result in such a powerful, and mimicked advertising campaign. I've T-Shirts asking everything from Got Morissey? to Got Marijuana? Just goes to show you - simple works best.

Even though I detest drinking milk, I thought this advertising campaign was cute. The cute little milk 'mustaches' were adorable. But as with any ad campaign, after while they get boring and they need to switch to something else which they may have done by now as I haven't seen one of these ads for awhile.

I agree with PBeaver 100%! The ads are dull and they need new ideas! But I still like the one with brittany spears. She is a plastic barbie doll, but she is hot!

I used to love the milk ads that featured the celebrities with the mustaches. However, these new ads that are out that show farmers rapping with a couple hoes down on the farm...I just think milk is trying too hard to be cool.

For milk this has been their best advertising campaign. It is one they have used very effectively on tv, in print and in billboard. The use of celebrities with the milk mustache is genius. But as good as it is, they will never ever convince me to drink this crap squeezed from a cow.

It has staying power, and has been good in both print ads and on TV. My question though is do you really need to advertise milk. People either buy it or they don't.

funny stuff

Some are okay, but I really do like the guy who called in to the classical station with the trivia answer the best.
