 | Inmyopinion (10) 06/16/2005 | How can you not love summer. Well I sort of HATED it when i lived in the south, because it was down right oppressive down there. Here in Upstate NY, our PERFECT summers are what we get for putting up with our crappy late winter and early spring. We may get a few muggy hot days, but for the most part, it is pleasantly warm, usually in the low 80's, and sunny, with low humidity. PARADISE.

 | Sundiszno (32) 05/23/2004 | Aside from too much heat and humidity generally, and yard work and maintenance chores, summer is pretty good. Lots of time to relax, enjoy the outdoors, travel, and enjoy life.

 | tvtator (6) 11/16/2003 | Downfall is that it's hot. However it's a relaxing time. Time for swimming, going to the condo, barbeques, shorts and vacations.

 | kamylienne (84) 10/19/2003 | I love summer, but now that I'm done with school, it's a painful reminder of how much free time I used to have before! Last summer being the first one out of school, I started outside into the bright blue sky (when it wasn't raining) and something inside me screamed WHY AM I IN HERE AND NOT OUT THERE??? Well, until I remembered that whole deal about paying rent and other bills, and I sighed and shuffled back to the dreary flourescent-light world which is work.
