Yes it depends. If the husband or wife is habitual and keeps getting incarcerated to the point that he/she is not providing and setting a bad example for the children then maybe it is neccessary to move on.

10/22/2003 | If they are in jail then they aren't with you. When I was in Oregon I knew a woman who slept around during the time her husband was in prison. I don't condone her actions but it's not like he was doing her a favor by being a criminal.
