Told them after Oklahoma city and they said the same thing. Said they need to do something again and the republicans claimed he was trying to get away from the monica issue. So after million spend on Whitewater(a silly land deal that doesn't even come close match bushes Harken energy deal that I also don't care about) you get a bunch of hypocrites like Henry Hyde ignoring their jobs to protect america. Again after the millinum incident and before with the 12 airlines that were to be blown up. Clintons biggest mistake was not going on TV and saying we will be attacked at some point. Comparing this guy to serial killers and murderous totalitarians is one of the more useless exercises I've seen in some time.

First let me get this straight- Bill Clinton lacked personal moral character and was far from someone I see eye to eye with politically- but on a list of most hated? Conservatives hated that he was successful the way liberals hate the way Dubya is. Conservatives might even hate his policies most times but hate in the context of the others on this list simply is foolish. I have faith that in general most presidents do their best to do what is right to the best of their ability-Democrat and Republican. Many times they fall short. But there's an obvious difference between screwing up taxes, trade policy or even fighting wars that you think are in America's and the world's best interest, or systematically slaughtering innocents for self empowerment.

I don't hate Bill Clinton, but am very disgusted by this man for abusing his authority and lying. What a joke.

I'm just not crazy about this guy. He lies a little too easily, desecrated the Oval Office (because he could) just one of those bottom-feeding lawyers. Although, not any more. Didn't screw up the economy with his tax-raising. But anyone who doesn't hold Clinton primarily responsible for 9/11/01, and our complete lack of ANY response to terrorism throughout his 2 terms, is living in a dream world (better known as liberal euphoria) because he made us all think that he was on top of things and therefore the world was not a dangerous place. He gets a 3, one American to another. Anonymous, we're not allowed to have Clinton here, but GWB is ok?

I never voted for Clinton, but I will defend him in that he has no business being placed on a list like this with terrorists and murderers. It's OK to not agree with the policies he supported as president and his personal political beliefs, but he is not a terrorist and he is not a murderer.

Bill Clinton was the best President since JFK you pathetic little minion of the armies of darkness. Clinton presided over the longest and greatest period of economic expansion in US history, he balanced the budget, and even created a surplus. Not to mention making great progress in Northern Ireland and the Middle East. He also made the military more technologically advanced and efficient. His foreign policy skills were excellent as was his record of domestic initiatives. Oh, you say, but he lied!!! He got a bj and lied!!! He is immoral!!! Maybe, but just to one up ya: When Bush was on the board of a company called Harken Energy he was assigned to study the future viability of the company; after finding out that the company would lose big, he dumped all of his stocks and got away with between $6 and $12 million; that is very, very illegal and the only reason nothing happened was because Daddy was Vice President. See, that is an actual event used to support an idea; notice that I didn't say Bush is EVILor any such nonsense.
