one of the best. centered in Hell's kitchen. Rudy's is a dive that has managed a few guest drinkers like Paul McCartney but has still maintained a neighborhood feel. you can get beer there for $3. also hot dogs are free. the standard is take the same number of hot dogs as beer you are ordering, if you want to eat. when i moved to NYC i went to Rudy's for dinner b/c i was so broke. great jukebox full of Jazz and blues.
