He appeared on the first episode of the Gong Show revival, which probably would have been gonged itself if Triumph hadn't come through with some good put-downs. After one performer used his feet to crush a beer can attached to his forehead, Triumph commented: "So you can kick yourself in the head? Big deal, I can lick my balls!"

His ambush of the Star Wars fans waiting for Attack of the Clones is legendary.



"Among the nerds I found an actual girl! Not too shabby, huh honey, the male/female ratio? You have your pick of the litter! You can choose from all kinds of guys who have no idea how to please you!"

The whole idea of Triumph was a stupid one, the jokes themselves were lame. The angry delivery was over the top hilarious. I haven't seen this character for a long time, but every once in a while I think of some outrageous thing that he said. As ventriliquists often were able to get laughs from their dummies by saying things that were way out of line, Triumph was able to say things that would get his creator a beating.

The funniest character on the show besides the host himself. He pokes fun at everyone.

Great character. Sued by knock-off sockpuppet dog. Does best out in the field comedy on television. His ridicule of the Star Wars geeks was classic. Has own DVD. The only Conan cast member to accomplish that.

This dog should be put to sleep...I Keed, I Keed. Actually, the funniest act in the world. Smigel is a genius. You must check out Triumph's latest DVD. It's pee-your-pants funny.

His bit about Quebec was the ultimate if you were a Canadian.Totally out there, uncensored T.V. at it''s best they even talked about it in the Parliment the next day. Also they did not repeat it the next day as they usually do. They showed Conan giving a tour of his office,lame.

Great at making fun of people, he doesn't even know.
