11/07/2003 | There are times when I can see why abortion is made legal: When it is a case of rape, incest, to save the life of the mother, or the mother (for an example of real life here) is stuck inside a mental hospital where they will not allow her to take care of a child and adoption thus will only worsen her mental condition.
Another thing: When many teen mothers have their kids and decide to give them up for adoption, They will often chicken out at the last moment and keep the child, then later on realize they can't handle the stress and abandon it.
Also, the bible argument is not logical.
People say God hates baby-killers.
Then why (in the bible, mind you) would God kill all the first-born baby sons in the story of Moses?
And lest not forget King Herod slaying all the babies.
These are just a few examples I've cited.
Overall, I must say Roe Vs. Wade made some good points.
