 | IrishTurtle (5) 03/07/2006 | English breakfast tea is one of the best types of black tea you can drink.
It has a very rich taste that can be blended with milk, lemon, sugar, or honey to flavor to perfection. This tea compliments a breakfast/snack with pastries or chocolate. English breakfast tends to have a high amount of caffeine compared to other types of tea so I would advise not drinking it at night or in large quantities (unless decaf of course). Tea also has a dilluting effect of taking water/iron from the body- so be sure to stay hydrated.
