A highly professional, knowledgeable company. I had four antique rugs restored and cleaned and was concerned that the colors not look too "new." They were attentive, courteous, cooperative and did a beautiful job. I've used Megerian for 15 years and can't imagine a more effective or conscientious cleaner. My carpets would be in infinitely better shape if I didn't have cats, but I do, and they've spit up hairballs and grass on the white borders of designer rugs and had the occasional accident on them to boot. But no matter what damage has been wreaked by humans and animals alike (a guest once spilled red wine on a light-colored carpet), Megerian has returned my rugs in pristine condition. They're always gracious on the phone and do their best to accommodate my schedule for pick-up and delivery. What more could someone ask for?
