I'm usiing the Internet at a library right now and its absolutely free-who needs Internet Cafes anyway-the Yuppies?

I suppose it could be regarded as a positive that all the wastrels and wastes of space have a place to congregate.

They're annoying in the U.S. but I find them useful in other countries. Nice and cheap way to use a computer and stay in touch. But it is certainly a dreadful pleasure.

Internet Cafes are the biggest ripoffs on the planet if you're in the US. It costs less to have internet access at home than it is to visit one of these places everyday. However, in countries where internet access isn't as prevalent, they can be quite convienient. I'm traveling through Europe now and indeed I'm sitting in an internet cafe right now checking my e-mail. It may be a rip off, but I need to stay connected to the world and for now this is the only way I can do so.
