I'd definitely never need to do this to mine, they're the perfect size for my body. I rate it 5 stars because there really are women who simply need to control the size of their breasts - usually to the point that the weight of them causes aches and pains.

I know a couple girls who have been hampered in life by large breasts. Sure, they could get just about any guy to go out with them, but they have to put up with all of the torment of guys constantly harassing them. As bad as that is, I don't think it's a legitimate reason to get them reduced... but back problems later in life are.

I believe this can be a really great surgery if you need it. I think its crazy that people want such huge breasts because they hurt! You can't run properly and your lower back always hurts...its a good idea if you are in pain because of it. In some cases women look better with it...like Queen Latifa. She looks great since she got hers reduced...
