I think Vince and Larry are probably better than most drivers out there anyhow.

For a series of public service announcements, the crash test dummies were relatively imaginative and effective. These spots used a combination of visuals and humor to get across an important message without being too preachy. In the end, I wonder how effective they were in getting habits changed as opposed to actual enforcement of seatbelt laws.

they tried to save lives and that means alot.

they were such an awesome idea when they came out, but like a lot of things, their implicit pantheonhood is built on a stagnant longevity rather than lasting vitality. somebody needs to inject some life back into the dummies; they desereve better.

The crash dummies still rock, and actually don't crash and burn with their commercials. :) Even better are the animated interstitials that air on the awesome FOX BOX!

I always got a kick out of these. My favorite was the parody of an anti-drug commercial -- This is your head... this is your head when you don't wear a safety belt.... (SMASH!).... Any questions??? ha, ha! But through all the comedy, there lies a serious message telling people how to stay a little safer on the road. There is one very simple task to do before setting out on your little drive around town, and it only takes a few seconds. I presume we all know what that is, don't we!!!
