If Ctv thinks a movie is good, chances are that the movie is horrible.

A total disaster! No wonder Rate It All dosn't have it on their lists.

I found this movie very funny and entertaining!

A cute and amusing film from Nickelodeon studios, this one stars Chevy Chase as a disgruntled weatherman force to do stunts to achieve ratings. Meanwhile, a group of kids plot to force another Snow Day by stealing the plow from the evil Plow Man (Chris Elliot). There are many funny scenes in this PG-rated movie, most of them coming from Chevy Chase, and his quest to uncover the town's #1 weatherman as a fraud and a jerk. Of course, snow being my favorite precip, that adds another cool element. Chris Elliot is memorably over-the-top as the Plow Man as well.
