Soviet funding couldn't have kept this irrelevent party afloat without the dues from FBI agents in their membership (at one time rumoured to be a majority).

Hey, we had the great Communist Experiment....it was called the USSR..... and it failed. Communism is impossible with the inherent greed and inustice in people, whoever's in charge will never want to resend his power and the doctors will never want to make the same amount of money as the McDonalds guy (which wouldn't even exist in communism).

fascism and communism are polar opposites. Infact, fascism was a response to combat the threat of communist revolution in europe. The CPUSA, has improved a lot. In today's climate, this would be considered left-liberal. It asks for modest social programs on the Euro-model and an end to corporate wellfare, environmental and labor rights in trade treaties. Not a bad, or even radical premise.

An awful idea that has been proven to fail miserably. There is no way to pay for all the social programs, and have no income taxes.

This was a huge propaganda tool for the Soviet Union for years. Many of thier views are almsot the same as many liberals. Since the Soviets lost power, this groups funding has become drastically low and they hardly ever form a candidate.
