I loved this show when I was a kid. Although I can't always remember why now, this show always seem really, really cool to me. Better than She-Ra and He-Man even.

Wow, this thing got old in a hurry. When it first came out the animation was FAR superior to any other show on afternoon tv, and the ideas seemed fresh and new. It didn't take long before they ran out of ideas and spent too much of their focus on the irritating Snarf character. The overall plto suffered from He-Man syndrome, where they lived on another planet, had nothing at all to do besides get into battles with their enemies, and the world they lived in didn't seem to exist for any other purpose. at least on shows like Transformers and GI Joe they had a complete alternate-Earth reality they lived in, and were able to have adventures in many different locales and interact with different peoples and lands. Because Thundercats and He-Man made no effort to create a "complete" world, they ran out of plot possibilities quickly.

What a show! The first time I saw it I thought, "Oh my good gravy, that chick has exposed boobs with no nipples!" (check out Cheetara in the first episode). Near the end, the writers seemed to be running out of ideas. I mean Snarf's nephew is named Snarfer, how original is that? The blind guy Lynx-O was unique however. Here is an older, blind cartoon character who showed kids that he truly had no physical limitations. That braile board he used to steer with kicked A%*!

I loved this show when I was a kid and watched every week, along with He-Man. I think its cool that He-Man is back on and I think they should do Thundercats again too.

One of the greatest cartoons of the 80's. Thundercats ranks among the classics of the decade along with He-man and Transformers.

Okay, yeah, it was probably the cheesiest of all the cartoons around that time, but heck, I was, what, five, I loved it! I can't remember too much, but I do remember the characters (those were pretty neat, and the animation seemed pretty good for the time), and you gotta love that battle cry! If I saw it today, I'd probably laugh so hard I'd cry, it'd be so cheesy, but I would love every second of it!

Another great 80s cartoon. It ranks up there with Masters of the Universe, Voltron, and Transformers.

Phat show, T.Cats and Silver Hawks, being they were pretty much the same show. Same voices at least. Little known bit of trivia: The grandfather from the Cosby Show (Cliff's Dad) is the voice of many in the Thunder cats, including the mummy evil guy and Panthro, the bad ass thundercat.

Just a damn classic show. It owes a lot to Star Wars, what with the Obi Wan like Jaga and the Sword of Omens replacing the Lightsaber and the Berbils rather than the E-woks. But all the characters are great and the stories are super dee dooper.

This show is a classic! Great characters, well-animated, interesting stories - just an all-around great show. I watched this show somewhat when I was little, and started watching it again when cartoon network was showing re-runs. Now I've got every episode on tape, and a bunch of toys and merchandise from it. I mean, how can you not like Snarf, and the berbils? And there were some great villains too - especially Mumm-ra, of course. And the Sword of Omens - WHOA! What a smooth weapon!! Again, all I can say is, great show. "Thunder...Thunder..THUNDER...THUNDERCATS-HO00000!!!!!"

Unfortunately I was born a few years too late. Most of the Thundercats that I saw were episodes that my older sister taped, but they were really cool. My friends and I had a lot of the toys too. The music is great, and the characters are pretty cool too. It's a shame that kids today don't have cool shows to watch like we did.
