 | irishgit (138) 05/14/2008 | I win, someone else lost, seems fair to me.
Seriously, this is great, but it is one of those concepts with elastic definitions, and there are a lot of folks who equate competitiveness with unfairness

 | lmorovan (12) 04/18/2008 | No. In a fair play situation, you have no winner and no losers. An when you have no winners and no losers, you have no progress. It's the epitome of stagnation, and eventual disintegration.

 | Molfan (57) 03/26/2008 | I believe it would be nice if everyone could be fair. In this world of greed, and dishonesty it would be hard to trust another person to do their part and be fair. I wish i did not have that attitude, but after 40plus years on this earth, it is harder for me to hope that others will be fair no matter what the situation is. it seems like most of us learn that "life is NOT fair"

 | numbah16tdhaha (147) 12/06/2006 | I believed enough to bust my five year old nephew for cheating at a board game one time. The kid was pissed but I gotta pound those lessons in early. Now if I could just get his mom to quit babying him...

 | Inmyopinion (10) 07/02/2005 | I believe strongly in the idea of fair play, but unfortunetly, it's not something one comes by as much as they should. It's an old cliche that Life ain't fair And it never will be. But there are deffinetly some things in the world today, that could and should be fair, but aren't. That we can, and should, change.

 | dpostoskie (7) 05/04/2005 | Maybe 5% of people really take a 'fair' approach. I believe in it, but society isn't a fair place.

 | scarletfeather (47) 05/08/2004 | I support the concept of fair play, but how often does it happen? Besides, what I think is fair might be a travesty to someone else.

 | abichara (60) 12/05/2003 | I try to live by the saying do unto others as they would do to you. It's really one of the few ways that you be fair and not allow yourself to be taken advantage of.

 | kamylienne (77) 11/08/2003 | Do I believe in fair play? Yes. The question is if the other guy you're playing with will be fair.
