08/01/2004 | As an actress in a film like Hairspray she was refreshing. As a talk show host she's awful. Totally phoney with plastic sincerity. Seems as though she doesn't even listen to guests speak, just rushes them so she can talk. I also can't stand the faces she makes to seem like she cares about people.
