 | Gentle Jude (25) 10/23/2005 | I agree that it is stupid and misleading advertising to say that they only take one hour when they actually take over two days. It is probably the actual cleaning time takes one hour, but putting and setting the soap etc takes two days. Or maybe it isn't the soap at all, maybe since they have so much other work to do, by the time they get to your clothes. it has been two days!

 | texasyankee (22) 04/15/2005 | it's not the cleaning that takes 1 hour; its the waiting in line that takes 1 hour...

 | doombug (2) 04/24/2004 | Yep, this is one problem that they really need to a'dress'. I'd be 'steamed' if I were a victim of such lousy service. Management needs to focus on 'ironing' out the primary causes of their backlog. Focus on the employees first, and 'collar' the laggards responsible for such delays. Who do they expect to im'press' if customers pass along nothing but poor word of mouth? They've pulled the 'wool' over the eyes of one too many clients already. Let's not allow them to 'fleece' us any longer.
