04/13/2005 | I think I've got a pretty good sense of humor, but then again, doesn't EVERYONE? Also, whoever says that they haven't met any environmentalists who haven't made up their minds about every issue hasn't met many environmentalists! ;-)
P.S. I'm an environmentalist (ecologist by profession), and I'm a VERY happy person. :-D Love what I do. AND, I smile all the time!

07/12/2004 | Same as with the 'fundamentalist Christians'... humor requires an open mind, to consider events or situations that are outside the 'normal'. Fundamentalists (of any kind), by their very definition, have closed minds. I have never met an environmentalist who did not 'have their mind made up' about almost every environmental issue.
