I was on a mission to find the best Falafel in New york and luckily I did. The moment I walked into Ceasar's I was greeted with a smile and the invigorating aroma of Falafel that filled the air. The Falafel was great, crispy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside, mind you it was not as other places, raw inside. I asked the owner how he makes the falafel taste so distinctively different than others, he smiled and said it's all in the spices my friend plus my secret recipe. That was good enough for me. I will make Ceasar's a regular stop whenever I am in the city and I highly reccomend that you atleast try it, it's worth the trip.
