03/13/2004 | I jumped for joy when the CDC declared that playing video games was officially light exercise. Video games are relaxing, true, but are also challening and require hand-eye coordination, among other things. Of course, I'm not referring to the mindless, offensive games like the Grand Theft Auto series, but creative and fun-to-play games such as Mario, Pokemon, Sonic, Kirby and Star Trek games.
