I first tasted this Mexican treasure while on leave from Fort Hood, Texas (also my first taste of "Boy's Town"!!!). This beer is best served with a spicy Senorita, bedside!

Ok, all you wanna-be's, listen up. I have tried a lot of Mexican Beers: Baralito, Superior, Victoria, Tecate, Carona, Sol, Pacifico, Carona Light, Carta Blanca, Bohemia, Dos Equis, Modelo Especial, Modelo Negra, and one I do not remember the name of but I think there was a picture of a couple of men on, possibly monks, and Carta Blanca is "ONE GREAT BEER!" I tried this a week ago at my local Mexican restaurant and was amazed by the smoothness and "drinkability" of this elixer. Unfortunatly, so many people have only experienced Carona. Oh what they are missing. When I thought Carona was the "Mexican" beer, I acually thought Tecate was an inferior beer. Of ye of little experience. Open your mind and try Carta Blanca with a clean palate. This beer is AWESOME (say it like a cheerleader!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Carona has a marketing stranglehold on your tastebuds! Carta Blanca is a 5 star beer in my opinion. The only Mexican beer I would say to not spend your hard earned Benjamins on is Sol. If you like Mil's Best Light, you might enjoy Sol. Cara Blanca is a great beer. Drink it with a great meal of Chili Colorado or drink it on a hot summer day after mowing the lawn. Trust me, you will enjoy each minute of it!

A good all-around beer. Compares to US lagers mostly. I could drink a few of these especially on a hot day or with some good Mexican food.

Carta Blanca is a very good Mexican beer. It is import into the U.S. and has been for years. I know that it has been around from at least as early as the 1890s and was one of Cerveceria Cuauhtemoc's first products. I think I read somewhere that it was actually Mexico's first mass produced beer.

As a matter of fact it is exported. It's available in Toronto, Canada through the L.C.B.O (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) and distributed through LCBO outlets. As a lover of fine imported beers, e.g. Carlsberg from Denmark, I would rate Carta Blanca as mediocre.

Carta Blanca is a smooth mid-level Mexican beer that is representative of it's name. It does not have much bite to it and sometimes that's good. It is available in the U.S.

Carta Blanca is quietly become one of my favorite Mexican beers. It's been around for a while but has never become one of the more well known, or "elite", Mexican brews. Upon first taste, it might seem a bit bland, depending on what kind of beer you're normally used to. But you can't deny the smoothness, and that crisp taste. Might not have that bold kick featured in Corona and Modelo. But the soft, but not cheap, taste will have this beer grow on you.

Probably the worst of the Mexican beers, but still very, very good. Carta Blanca comes in these grenade shaped bottles that somehow make them go down in a hurry. I can drink a lot of these.
