Underrated. Overlooked because of the Lombardi legend and the sheer number of HOFers on those Packer teams- but Starr was a leader and an efficient winner of a quarterback in a league that didn't protect the QB's like today. He was smart, threw few INT's, and played well in big games. Classic underrated 'great' QB. . .

Like Montana or Brady, Bart Starr was a quarterback who just knew how to lead his team to victory. He led Green Bay to six NFL championships, including the first two Super Bowls. No other quarterback has been a part of that many championship teams since he retired, so Starr definitely needs to be considered as one of the top QBs of all time.

Should be rated higher than 21st. That's an appalling rating for the greatest Packer quarterback of all time.

A brilliant qb, perfectly suited to one of the best teams in history. Why anyone would rate this guy below 4 stars is beyond me.
