Either he left his antics in Cleveland or he's matured. He spent the majority of the season with the Celtics and in the games I've seen he's shown effort, toughness, and athletic ability. He's only 24 and he left college early for the NBA, so I can see where he could have started out as a headcase. What I think happened is that he thought about how he has an opportunity in a new city halfway across the country, and he chose to be a respectable ballplayer rather than a punk.
