For those people who think he falls short of lebron think about this; wade and shaq both average 23+ ppg. if wade was the lone star he'd be averaging more. also, wade is 4 inches shorter than lebron and has a much higher blocks per game average than lebron. watch this kid to become a super star in the playoffs where the heat will win it all!

Dwayne Wade is a superstar. He is not like any palyer in the NBA. He doesn't force shots or try to ball hog like NBA players such as Kobe try to do. He doesn't even get the ball as much as some of these NBA players yet he averages 24 points per game and almost 8 assists making everyone he plays with better. Just like at how well the heat are playing with Shaq on the bench.

I love to watch Wade play basketball! He is a incredible competitor and leader. His focus and intensity are wonderful to watch. When he drives to the basket he is at his best. I see a great future for this hard working player that has ability and the drive to WIN! Watching him play in the playoffs last year made me a fan of his and now even a fan of Miami's. There's a lot to be said for the fact that Wade & the Heat lasted longer than any other top-tier rookie this season, but I can't take you seriously if you're going to even begin comparing him to Lebron. (Dwayne's 16/4/5 avgs fall well short of Lebron's straight-from-high-school 21/6/6.)

Nobody ever talks about this guy but having seen him play for 2 years at Marquette he is the most phenomenal athlete that I have ever seen in person. Only injuries will hold this guy back. He takes the ball to the hole with regularity and has a smaller build and this may hurt him in the long run.
