Darko is not a bust. He is a good player for the time he gets to play. It isnt easy sitting there doing nothing for over an hour then trying to get up and play. If he would get in at the beginning of a game he would do better than he does play. Everytime ive seen him play he does a good job. He is like i said a good player and if any of you want to complain then i suggest you start playing basketball. You would probably end up being the ones who are the bust. All of you who are dissing him probably cant even play basketball and probably cant even dribble a ball. He did make a dunk--no i think he made a few and the past few times he has been playing he has had points each time. SO before you diss again how about getting the facts right.

darko is garbage. how can you be the number 2 pick of your draft, 7 feet and you only average 1 point and 1 rebound, i remember jay billis said he would have took Darko over Okafor and Dwight Howard the night they got drafted. I'm so tired of hearing about his potential, the guys garbage. The pistons should have took Carmello or Wade.

Ok, just say he stayed another 2 years wherever, and came out for the 2005 draft. Where would you draft him? Definitely behind Paul, Bogut, Williams, Villanueva, Frye, Green + Webster (potential), etc. etc. He'd probably go in the mid to late teens just based on the fact that he can run and is 7' tall. A HUGE BUST IN PROBABLY THE DEEPEST TOP-10 DRAFT EVER. The 4 players around him are all-star calibre already (Carmelo, Bosh, James and Wade) and then you have Hinrich and TJ Ford.

He will never get on the court because his defense sucks. He can dribble and shoot . . .but not while people are actually guarding him and I saw the guy get hung on 2 dunks last year. He is a flop, some idiot said he will average 23.5 ppg 13 rebounds and 5 assists in 2006-2007 , what the hell are you smoking man?

The jury is still out on Darko. Not enough minutes to make any judgement.

His first year was definitely a disappointment. At one point, I thought he was going to go the whole season without scoring. But time will tell if the Pistons made one of the worst draft picks in history. Darko may just develop into a serviceable player. Had he played for, let's say, the Clippers, he would have definitely been more of a presence. But Larry Brown (my pick for one of the Greatest coaches in NBA history) has little patience for developing raw talent. The only time Darko played was during garbage time (renamed Darko Time). Even Kobe Bryant rode the bench and stunk in his first year, so let's see where Darko is 5 years from now before we pass judgement.

not a bust at all. if any other rookie would have been drafted to a team that had the best record in the east last year, they wouldnt play much either. youngest player to ever be in the nba, and larry brown likes to develope people. if any of you people knew anything, you would have seen him tear up the usa team in an international game a year ago, and he was only 16 or 17, going up against the best team in the wrold, made them look silly, but you can only do so much on your own. only reason he wasnt number one is because they didnt know if he would be able to get out of his other contract to be able to play in the nba.

everyone that says this kid is a bust is just showing their ignorance of the game of basketball and the system the pistons are implementing. darko will be a top 3 player in 3 or 4 years. there is a reason that nba scouts were drooling over him, and why he was universally rated the second-best prospect in years (behind lebron) to enter the draft. the pistons have always said that he would not be playing significant minutes this season, and yet people act like it's a disaster when they come through on their word. get real. all you need to know is this: Darko Milicic 2006-07: 23ppg, 13rpg, 5apg, 1.5spg, 3bpg you can bank on that

He can't shoot. He stinks.

He can't even dunk! He has no ability, will never get in, and will never average over 10 points per game. Just because Peja Stojakavic and Dirk Nowitzki turned out to be good players, not every player from Europe will be good.
