Has incredible leaping abilities, is a tremendous rebounder, explosive finish on the break, can get to the rim with ease, can block shots with ease, and is very crafty at stealing the basketball in the passing lanes. Only knock on Shawn is his lack of a jump shot, however Shawn has range out to the three point line, and is a great free throw shooter. Shawn Marion is still surprisingly very underrated in the NBA despite the fact that he can average a double double on any given night, and owns career averages of 18.6 PPG, and 10 RPG, and has been named to the NBA All-Star team four times ('03, '05, '06, '07). Despite his tremendous defensive abilities, has surprisingly never made the NBA All-Defensive team.
